This Privacy Policy describes how XDroidDev ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application, XD Video Player (the "App").

A. Device and Usage Data

  • Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID)

B. Media Files

The App requires permission to read media files on your device (audio and video) to function as a video player. We do not upload, share, or store your personal media files on our servers. All processing of your video and audio files happens locally on your device.

2. Third-Party Services

A. Google Analytics for Firebase & Firebase Crashlytics

We use these services to analyze how our App is used and to diagnose technical issues. They may collect:

  • Instance IDs
  • Crash traces
  • Device state information at the time of a crash

B. OneSignal

We use OneSignal to send push notifications (e.g., app updates or feature announcements). OneSignal may collect data such as:

  • Your device's Push Token

C. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob to help keep the App free to use. 3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To Provide Features: To play videos and manage your media library effectively.
  • To Serve Advertisements: To display relevant ads through Google AdMob.
  • To Improve the App: To identify bugs, fix crashes, and optimize performance using Firebase.
  • To Communicate: To send important updates or notifications via OneSignal.

4. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your information and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
